Dress Code

We’re keeping things smart — think shirt, trousers, dress or equivalent — but comfort and personality encouraged.

Accommodation

We’ve now allocated all accommodation for the weekend and everyone has been emailed their specific details. If you haven’t seen an email from us, please check your spam folder just in case.

If you didn’t receive on-site accommodation or you’d prefer to stay off-site, we recommend the Holiday Inn Express – South Gloucester. It’s inexpensive, has parking, should be an easy option for taxis and ride-sharing. Bristol also has plenty of hotels if you’d rather stay there.

Car-sharing and taxi pooling will naturally happen across the weekend, so if you’re looking to share transport, feel free to coordinate with others — most people will be travelling between Quedgeley, Bristol, and the venue.

If anything about your accommodation doesn’t look right, or you need help sorting logistics, get in touch with us and we’ll help where we can.

Gifts

We don’t have a gift registry and aren’t looking for expensive presents. What would mean the most to us are Wiccan, celestial, or other quirky trinkets you think we’d like — little things that feel magical or meaningful. If you’re crafty, we’d love something handmade. If not, there are plenty of weird and wonderful treasures online! Personal, thoughtful tokens mean far more to us than money or big gifts.
