Hello everyone! We're so excited to celebrate our wedding with you. To make sure everything runs smoothly, our RSVP form asks for a few details. This is just a quick note to explain what we collect, why we need it, and how we'll handle it.

1. Who is in charge of your data?

We, Mark & Lottes, are. The website is run personally by Mark.

2. What information are we collecting and why?

We only ask for what we absolutely need to plan the big day:

• Your Name: So we know who is coming and can create a seating plan.
• Your Email: To send you important updates or information about the wedding. We will not use it for anything else.
• Age Brackets: This helps us figure out what kind of entertainment to arrange, especially for any children attending.
• Dietary Needs: We share this information with our caterer.
• Accommodation Needs: To help us coordinate and plan for guests travelling from afar.
• Comments Box: For any other information you think we should know, like accessibility requirements or other questions.

3. Who will see your information?

The information you provide will only be seen by us (the happy couple) and shared on a strict need-to-know basis with our wedding venue and caterers. For example, the kitchen needs a list of dietary requirements, and the venue may need a final guest count.

4. How is your information stored?

All data is stored on a private server that I manage personally. We'll take all reasonable steps to keep your information secure. Shortly after the wedding is over, we will securely delete all personal data collected from this website.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to view, amend, or delete the personal information we hold for you at any time. Since this is an informal affair, there's no complicated process. Just email or call me directly, and I will handle your request immediately.
